Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company has 10 employees with 2 office locations as well as remote job sites. RingEX is perfect for being able to conduct business paperless, instant messages, text messages, & all the other features we want and need from a phone system!

Pros and Cons

The call center is able to assist with all our questions.
So many features that they have helped us incorporate.
The messaging is just as fast as a cell phone text message.

All of our needs are being met with RingEX at this time.

Return on Investment

I don't have access to the hard numbers, but it does keep employees connected.

Every time I have reached out for help, my problem has been resolved!

Unified Communications Solution

It has helped us move from lots of paper to almost completely paperless. It has enabled employees to work seamlessly from home and allowed our staff to double in numbers. There are so many features that we are working hard to integrate more into our routines.

The call center has been very helpful when we are learning all the functions of the system. They are able to assist and make changes as we need. They even return our calls promptly. With multiple locations & users in our office, it's the best tool to keep our team working together smoothly!
