Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video

We use RingCentral Video to connect with potential clients and discuss the products we sell. We run an international company and it is hard to meet all clients in person, so RingCentral Video allows us to speak with them and make a stronger connection. The quality of the calls is great and reliable.

Easy to use once it has been set up and onboarded with your company. Once you learn how to use all of the various features and dial out to other countries, it is a great product and in my opinion, superior to some of its competitors on the market currently.
RingCentral is easier to use and more reliable than Google Meet (or any of the other various competitors like Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.) I much prefer to use RingCentral as it has been easy to connect with clients and I have received very little to no negative feedback from clients about the connection or ease of use on their end.

For a phone service, RingCentral is one of the top options available on the market and one I would highly recommend to other organizations if you have a budget. Getting your contacts set up can be tricky, but once you have onboarded everything, it is a great product to use daily.
