Overall Satisfaction with RingCentral Video
We use the RingCentral Video product not only to collaborate with internal and external customers, but we also use it to communicate with injured workers / providers on home modifications as well as onboarding / training for our remote employees.

- Hard to attach an ROI as RingCentral Video is in current competition throughout our organization with Microsoft Teams. For those who have been using RingCentral Video since we first began using them, they find the product well received by their external clients/customers.
Better price points ; ease of use. Direct communication with the vendor was a plus.
