Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEx for all communications: calls, texts, meetings, and chat. We have roughly 250 users who are spread across the country. This product combines all of those features into one app, regardless of where users work from.

Pros

  • Calling from multiple different devices.
  • Instant Messaging.
  • Video Meetings.
  • Faxing.

Cons

  • Message data exports are limited to JSON.
  • Configuration through the service portal is different from the app.
  • Would love to have better integrations with MS Teams.
  • Cost savings over aging POTS system.
  • Flexibility and easy configuration for IT staff.
  • Increased productivity with mobile app.
Service is nearly always available, and the quality of the calls is great. This has been a very dependable system.
One example is a laptop we have connected to a printer to print incoming faxes automatically. We also have an IVR system to route calls effectively. One department has a call rule to redirect calls to a call monitor during lunch to ensure no call is missed.
