Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We operate a 24 hour a day call center, and wanted to streamline our business. We were using Vonage before, but it was extension based, not user based. With RingEX we are able to run reports, and get a better handle on our customer service.

Our call center uses the app on their computer, instead of a phone. The ability to message to other team members has been a big help. We operate 24 hours a day, so its easy to relay message of issues or concerns from previous shift. I also added all of our drivers from an external directory with their terminal abbreviation at beginning, so when our call center receives a call, they know what terminal driver is calling from.
Vonage was setup more so by extension, than user. RingEx app is far superior with the ability to send messages to other team members. Voice recording with Vonage was not ideal. It was hard to navigate call recordings, and there was no ability to clear calls after so long of a period, so we were constantly getting out of space messages every week and had to manually clear outdated calls.
