My hospital medicine practice utilizes RingRx to ensure that the hospital and other physicians can contact us using a single phone number, regardless of which physician is working any given shift. The ease of use provided by our team, which allows them to toggle themselves as Available/Unavailable, is key. The secure eFax is also crucial to our business, as the healthcare industry continues to rely heavily on faxing.
Pros

Cons
- Occasional odd glitches occur where team members cannot receive calls, despite being marked as available.
- Switching to RingCentral from a competing VoIP system increased our employee and customer satisfaction by nearly 100%.
We use the system a bit differently than most clients, I suspect. And the ease of adjusting settings as our business changes has been essential. Additionally, the ease with which team members can toggle their availability has decreased the administrative burden.
RingCentral's flexibility and reliability proved to be far superior to the other products we tested.
