RingEX is a great product
Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
The RingEX phone system enables all our phone interactions, and the AI components help us take better notes and keep our documentation up to date in ways we could not do before. Being able to receive calls anywhere and switch from a desk phone to a cell phone when on the move, or to work on calls with the desktop soft phone, helps keep everything efficient.

- RingEX could make it easier to hide functionality that is not in use because we are using other options - Teams for messaging, etc.
- Because I have multiple RingCentral accounts it could be easier to switch between accounts with out logging in every time
- RingEX gave us cost savings over prev vendor that had lots of cost upgrades while we were with them
- RingEX helps us achieve greater client satisfactions by having options to expedite calls and handling calls based on customer number
We have been able to automate getting callers to the right person which frees up our admins for other projects. We also are able to monitor call volumes for given days and times in order to make sure we are staffed right. Having all voice, SMS and fax services under one bill has brought cost savings both in what is charged and us being more efficient in answering communications to us
Many of the features are the same but I feel that RC makes it more user friendly for configuration and work. We have also not seen the cost increases with RingCentral that we saw with the other providers
