Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I use RingEX to prospect new clients and follow up with existing ones. Also, I use it for cold calling for new leads. It's the communication tool that identifies and integrates perfectly with our CRM and allows our job to be easier when it comes to dialing.

It doesn't crash down,
The reporting allows us to see how well we are having connection rates with new clients. Internally, it allows us to view these results better as it provides a faster way of communicating.
RingEx is more user friendly and the reporting is also one of the reasons we chose it. Voi is also a great tool we use and is very user friendly.
