Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We switched to RingCentral for its modern interface and capabilities, as well as its cloud-based service. We are using it to replace Teams as the go-to video meeting along with seamless communications for our office-based, remote, and hybrid users. RingEX allows our users to connect via desktop in the office, laptop, and mobile devices to work where they are.
Pros
- Seamless connectivity.
- Modern functionality.
- Cloud based, reliable service.
Cons
- Support is difficult to work with.
- Less intro clicks on first time use.
- Better support answering help desk calls not reading from a script.
- Cost was comparable to dated on prem service.
- AI receptionist is powerful for common questions.
- Call recording and transcription is a huge efficiency boost.
Our main impact has come from automatic call recording, with the option to transcribe summaries of each call for later review.
- Vonage Business Communications and AT&T Office@Hand
RingEX has the best mix of positives with the fewest negatives.
