Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use RingEx to reach everyone in the company. I work with every department and person, including outside the US, such as Canada, with RingEX. I have been able to get in contact via message or call without any issues. RingEX is a well-built, well-maintained platform that I would recommend to anyone.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Messaging is easy to use.
Calling is simple.
The texting feature allows me to contact outside vendors.
I am able to find contacts easily and the UI is good.

Cons

More options when away from work/desk.
More or simpler methods in finding group messages.
An option to see older messages easier.

Return on Investment

The ability to text vendors via RingEX has enabled us to schedule meetings, which has led to things getting done.
Since the app works as a secondary phone, it supports privacy, and allowing messaging enables HR and LC to contact people, ensuring they are heard and their needs are met.
The calling feature has enabled the company to make important calls to vendors and others when needed. Allowing for contracts and many other things to get done.

Reliability and Availability

RingEx is reliable I have not had any issues as of yet. I use both plants we have, and the service is fair to good. The service as a whole is solid and a great method to get in contact with anyone. I know the service also involves Wi-Fi and cellular service, or, in other words, how good your signal is.

Unified Communications Solution

Since everyone in the company uses RingEX to find people, whether they are new to the company or have been here for a while, makes it easy. Getting into contact with them and being able to follow up with no issues is a big deal and I have not heard of any negative feedback, everyone in the company finds the app easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

The platform makes it easy to get in touch with anyone in the company. I have been able to call/text and message many people, including those outside the company, without any issues. The UI is simple and user-friendly, which is something very important. Overall, the app and desktop platforms offer a lot of variety and simplicity, and I would definitely recommend RingEX to anyone.
