Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX as our phone system, "Teams communication", and faxing. We love it for the ease of faxing and the confirmation receipt once the fax is complete. The phones track all calls, so we can see whether someone has actually called the office and left a message. The ability to modify office hours in the app is also easy to use and is a wonderful feature. The help desk is also very responsive and helpful.

Cons

- Enhanced patient accountability, we can track all calls - incoming and outgoing - patients tend to state that they called and left a message, but they either never called or did not leave a message. With RingEX, we can track whether they really did. It saves us quite a bit of time and aggravation.
- Faxing is more accurate and usually very quick. Because it's accurate, it saves us time with phone calls about faxes we never received and having to refax items. Also, faxing via the system instead of printing and scanning is a time-saver.
We have not consolidated any apps, nor have we automated any new processes. Sorry, cannot help on this one.
We have not evaluated any other Ring products.

Evaluating RingEX and Competitors
Yes - Windstream - Very non-user-friendly. We were too small for them, so they raised our bill to almost 3 times the original amount to get us to leave. When we tried to leave, they made us give them a 90-day notice, and we had to pay the higher rate until the 90 days were up.

We needed something that was easy to use, reliable, and well-rated. The cost came into play as well. The fact that we could use our cell phones was also a very big plus. RingEX allowed us to use Teams, track our patients' phone calls, and fax directly from the computer.
I don't think that there is anything that we would change.
