Overall Satisfaction with Riskified
Riskified is used as a tool to prevent chargebacks across our retail and wholesale channels such as Vipoutlet.com, TheStore.com, DirectLiquidation.com, and goWholesale.com. It has enabled us to focus on customer experience and service vs. having to deal with fraudulent transactions. As a result, our chargebacks have dropped by double digits after implementing Riskified and couldn't be more satisfied.
