Overall Satisfaction with Riskified

We use it for mitigating fraud risk and improving customer experience. The app is seamless and great to use. The dashboards are easy to alter share and understand. Clear reasons for the rejection of an order are given. Our approvals rates have improved over time and I am a fraud analyst who constantly monitors the approval/rejection rates

I believe Riskified is best suited for the retail industry. The tool has a great UI interface which can help agents and analysts filter and look for exactly what they need or are looking for. The order level information is clearly presented and the graphical representation is great as well. the tool can improve on scheduling reports/exports.
