Overall Satisfaction with Riskified

We use Riskified to improve customer experience, secure credit card payments, and avoid the impact of chargebacks. We are using the chargeback guarantee, so we don't need to spend much time manually reviewing them. Riskified also disputes fraud chargebacks with banks for us in an efficient way. We only use it for non-PSD2 transactions.

  • We increased trading but didn´t need additional resources to manual review
It is true that they make efforts to provide a customized support and we appreciate it but we still see some potential improvement for example in the web app. We can´t customize it and we miss many things

Riskified is well suited to protect credit card payments in different regions, especially in the non PSD2 environment. It is very useful when you want to avoid manual review and be 100% preventively especially for products and services that can be delivered very last minute
