Overall Satisfaction with Robly
We switched to Robly and it is an excellent tool for email marketing that has helped us increase our open rate. There are tons of analytics within the platform and the opportunity for A/B testing to be able to tweak your sends. It has helped us overall with our email marketing.
- The interface is drag and drop so it is pretty easy to figure out and get used to.
- The Support team is super helpful and can assist with any questions.
- Emails get delivered more and open rates are higher.
- Features are limited for an email marketing platform. There are other companies that offer more.
- The price is pretty high for what you get.
- Some of the functions are a bit roundabout and take a lot of clicking around.
- Improved deliverability = more eyes and more sales.
- Cost is a bit high but not unreasonable and made up with the extra deliverability so the ROI is there.
Robly is better than most other platforms because you get better results and you also have more analytics to look at which helps you make better decisions.
