Overall Satisfaction with Robly
My organization uses Robly to send out monthly newsletters, a bi-monthly magazine, and news about upcoming events and news. It is used across the whole organization and addresses the need we had to keep all of our contacts organized and easily accessible for correspondence!
Pros
- Contacts are easy to organize
- Platform easy to navigate
- Affordable
- Sign up forms are easy to embed into website
Cons
- Mobile responsive options are not as accessible and available.
- Customer Support options are limited.
- Not many updates over the six years that we have used the program - everything has stayed pretty much the same, which leads me to believe that some of the features may be more outdated.
- We are able [to] track clicks and activity from our contacts, so we know what topics receive more activity and which ones are not "hot topics."
- We are able to integrate Robly into our website, which makes the program so much more efficient for our company.
- Robly's OpenGen software may be a little bit outdated.
When trying to find an email platform to use with our company, we tried out three major softwares: Robly, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. The price of Robly is what initially made it stand out to us, but upon using it, we also fell in love with the simplicity of the editing options and the easy navigation and organization of our many lists of contacts. It was a clear choice of which software to go with in the end - Robly ran by a landslide!
