Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
Our office manager calculates our percentage based commission by month and uses the convenient portal to enter the data. ADP RUN ensures proper taxes are calculated, withdrawn, and paid to the respective agencies. Never have to worry about it!
Pros
- They do everything well!
- Calculate & distribute taxes
- Timely auto-deposits through EFT
- Annual tax reports are sent by courier in plenty of time to distribute
Cons
- Sometimes you have to contact customer service (1-2 days by email) although their phone response is much better (5-15 min).
- Protects our company from tax liability
- Makes check runs hassle-free
- Year-end reports are automated, so you don’t have to request or even think about them ~ They just arrive by courier.
