Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
We use ADP for payroll, child support issues, garnishments, worker's compensation, unemployment for our small HVAC business. For the most part, they do really well. Occasionally the fees get a little high or are taken out unexpectedly, but other than that they are relatively no hassle.
- Payroll
- Workers compensation pay by pay.
- Response to issues.
- Could be more up front about fees and when they come out.
- Continuity or check in from reps.
- IT makes things such as tax calculation much easier.
- The return on investment is good because of time loss and aggravation.
- Direct deposit comes out quickly.
I used quickbooks previously and spent a lot of time chasing reports and double checking tax calculations.
