Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for our bi-weekly payroll for the company of 35 employees. RUN addresses timeliness and accuracy of payroll at a very cost-effective price.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to use and you can make changes at the last minute while running your payroll.
Accurate. Virtually never have an issue.
Good reporting including custom report features.

Cons

I am not experiencing any issues.

Return on Investment

It is positive because it is cost-effective.
RUN is also very efficient and takes me very little time to use.
It is like having my own payroll department in store with me. I can ask questions anytime which saves me both time and money.

We did switch to a PEO (not ADP) and the cost was just too prohibitive for a company our size and so we were glad to be able to switch back and ADP gave us a generous offer to make the move back to RUN. I have also looked at local companies but not just not confident that they can get the job done.

Likelihood to Recommend

RUN Powered by ADP is great for a company our size under 50 employees. The HR help link is very helpful in terms of what a smaller company would need. I think if you had a lot more employees it would be beneficial to step up to one of their higher platforms like the PEO to help with HR functionality.
