Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We have utilized their HR HelpDesk and found it extremely helpful. They are very responsive and give several options as well as indicating what is mandatory and the impacts of Covid-19 has had on your business. We have not yet used the Employee Handbook Wizard, but have looked at it and plan to use it.
We are using RUN Powered by ADP for our entire business. We can easily adjust deductions, add bank accounts, HSA, and other deductions as needed by the employees. The program allows for a variety of payroll needs and customizes it for your particular need. We can opt out of a payroll or add an extra one. Someone is always available to answer questions. Your employees can access their account if you wish them to have access. Monthly and year to date reports are available for review at anytime on your account and can be printed or exported as needed. It is simple to use, with prompts and step by step procedures.
- Communication: Always sending reminders, updates, and offering assistance with items you may not even know you need.
- Provide tax services and are on top of reporting necessary taxes that are due and taking care of the necessary items that need to be EFT.
- Efficient and continually updating their services as needed with new tax laws, etc.

- As a new user, the transfer from the registration agent to the client representative was not explained and caused a slight delay in communication since I was contacting the wrong person for questions.
- A simple step by step Chart for running the first payroll would an asset. Once you do it, the process is simple and easy.
- It is worth the cost knowing that all the taxes are addressed
- The ability to review reports at any given time gives us access for planning and adjusting as needed.
- The Run program has allowed us to focus on other important details of starting a new business and not worry about payroll.
This is a great service to our employees. It allows them to see their accounts and confirm direct deposits by logging on to their account using their phone or computer. It also allows them to obtain their W-2's online and print as needed, check on sick leave or any other concern they may have.
We tried using a do it yourself system, but found it extremely difficult to manage all the different aspects of a payroll service and make sure we were holding all the taxes and necessary deductions. When we looked for a service, we had personal testimonies from other businesses that recommended ADP. We have not been disappointed.
