Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I really haven't used any of the HR services. We have a private firm that took care of our employee handbook and benefit programs
I use [RUN Powered by ADP] across my whole organization. The payroll and workers comp insurance is very user friendly
Pros
- Payroll is quick and easy
- Workers comp insurance is figured on each payroll run
- Employees can make changes to their own personal file
Cons
- At this time, I can't think of anything that limits me or what might be missing
- Payroll and workers comp are big time savers
Good question. For the most part, my employees have enjoyed (as have I) this service. There have been times when they can't log in. In fairness, I'm not sure if they have forgotten their password or if it's a wifi problem
Direct deposit and works comp certificate of insurance forms are very helpful for all parties
