ADP has taken the payroll burden and tax reporting completely off our plate!

I have not had the opportunity or need to utilize ZipRecruiter, the HR HelpDesk or the Employee Handbook Wizard.

We use [RUN Powered by ADP] for our payroll service and tax reporting. It is being used by the whole organization. ADP makes our payroll process seamless and the yearly reports are perfectly prepared for our accountant for filing our tax return. Each time we need to make changes to payroll, the customer service is efficient and capable to handle any changes we have.

The Employee Access portal has been a great benefit to our employees. The RUN website is extremely easy to navigate. We have been able to pull any report needed for any situation. At times we need tax reports for the tax return. At other times, we just need to look at a series of pay stubs for a particular employee. All the salary details are listed and it's helped our company be more efficient in compiling the payroll information we need.
