Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I use [RUN Powered by ADP] for Payroll and 401K. It is used across the whole company.
- Takes care of all the payroll filings (Ex. State, Federal and Payroll Taxes)
- Direct Deposit for all employees and can use more than 1 account to deposit in.
- Provide us with W-2's at the end of the year.
- Very easy to use and can login from anywhere.
- Can print any report and/or filing anytime.
- Customer service. It's not often I need help but it's never the same person I need to contact.
- Do not have one set person to call because they are not with the company any longer.
- I have been using RUN for over 12 years
- Employees like the option of direct deposit
We are a small company and our guys do not use Employee Access. I give the option when hired and most choose no because its easier for me to help them and provide them with what is needed.
A previous co-work selected RUN and I wouldn't look back. Love using it.
