Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Used by both owners of the company. It addresses all payroll issues and workers comp.

Pros

  • Organized.
  • Customer support.
  • Efficient and user-friendly.

Cons

  • Easier implementation from other sites.
  • Made it much more efficient.
Excellent feature. This makes it much more efficient on both the employer and employee side. No more paperwork.
Workers compensation insurance. Much better with the feature to pay as you go.

Much more user-friendly than competitors. ADP has provided us with excellent customer service. We were appointed a representative that handle each and every question in a timely fashion. Always available by phone, text, and email. The support we received helped us make the decision to go with ADP.
