Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
When an employee wants to add another financial institution to their allocation mix, it is super easy to accommodate. Adding new employees is super easy, as is accounting for employees that have left or have been terminated. We're a small credit union, so we keep it simple, but as we grow or require something more sophisticated, I know RUN [Powered by ADP®] already [has] solutions waiting for us.
We use RUN [Powered by ADP®] for our monthly payroll. The product is very user-friendly and intuitively anticipates the flow of payroll processing. They make it run smoothly and easily. I once had a company undercut RUN/ADP on price, so I decided to give them a try. Big mistake! After just three months, I went back to RUN/ADP. Lesson learned! Seriously!
- Clear, easy to print and understand reports
- Government tax documents & reporting are a breeze
- Fast, friendly, technical support should I need it (but rarely need)
- Keep pricing competitive
- Automatically [queue] up the few reports I routinely run, so they print for me automatically
- Give me a free month or a reduction in price for faithfully using the product for X number of years
- Gives me more time to focus on my job, not on payroll.
- The product is reasonably priced and entirely affordable.
- Even if they raised the price, I'd stay with them. I believe in the product that much.
We know this Employee Access portal is available and ready to use with RUN Powered by ADP, but as a small business, my employee group hasn't found a need for this... yet. But it's nice to know that it is there, ready and waiting for all of us to access should we find a need.
We were originally with Paychex. They did a fine job for us, and we were satisfied with their service. It seemed that our account rep was changing about two to three times a year. We'd always have to become familiar with our new rep. One of my credit union members was an account rep for RUN Powered by ADP. They beat Paychex's price, so we decided to give them a try. While we were satisfied with Paychex, we were THRILLED with how RUN [Powered by ADP®] met and anticipated our needs. Quite frankly, RUN [Powered by ADP®] runs so well that we don't need an account rep. Rarely do I ever require a need for technical support.
