We are small business owners as such we have to utilize the help desk to begin the process of creating our company handbook. The process and assistance have been simple to integrate and we feel much more confident with the on-boarding of employees and contractors. ADP makes the process easy and allows for a smooth transition. My only regret is that I did not become an ADP customer sooner.
