Highly Recommend Small Business Friendly

I have used ZipRecruiter many times, I have used the HR HelpDesk and had support in looking into the laws specific to my state when we had a small issue. Customer Service was able to direct me where to go and and actually was able to show me more options of where to look on other related subjects. After the call I also received follow up links as well from Customer Service.

We use RUN Powered by ADP® for all of our Payroll and to track time with Time and Attendance. I do not have to use a time clock or spreadsheet to track hourly employees time. I use all of the end of year reports for Taxes and to print W2s. I am also able to use RUN Powered by ADP® to track Vacation and Sick time for all Full Time and Part Time employees.

Oh this is an amazing time saver. The employees can update their address, bank account information and adjust their 401K deduction. They can also adjust their tax amount on any given payroll. Since we have some commission based employees this is a huge benefit that the employee has this access to complete any of these task themselves and they do not have to come to me to change something and then change it back the next payroll.

I have used the app as an employee and not as an admin.
