Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

THe HR Handbook Wizard is a wonderful tool for new or small business owners. It allows a company to adopt a company policies and procedures at a click of a mouse. The handbook protects the company and business owner as it has the fundamental foundation for company HR structure. In addition since it is from ADP you can trust that the policies and recommendations are on point and up to date with the ever changing employment law.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for our payroll processing. Using RUN Powered by ADP® makes the "problem" of payroll not a problem at all. The platform is user friendly it allows you to set up employees, and contractors for payroll payments. You can run payroll on RUN Powered by ADP® each pay period knowing that employees will receive timely payroll payments. RUN Powered by ADP® also integrates with other business products which is a tremendous help for our business.

Pros

  • Entering payroll hours in RUN Powered by ADP® are easy just like putting them in excel
  • RUN Powered by ADP® makes calculating and processing payroll simple
  • In RUN Powered by ADP® You get on demand payroll costs and reporting
  • Time and Attendance tracking in RUN Powered by ADP® is simple and effective

Cons

  • Onboarding new employees
  • Having a documents vault where changes get saved i.e. when employees make changes
  • A correspondence center sometimes we get emails or mail would be nice to have notices posted right in RUN Powered by ADP®
  • The positive ROI impacts is the time saving and accuracy of RUN Powered by ADP®
  • RUN Powered by ADP® takes care of all payroll tax filings and payments the savings in late fees and/or penalties is a great money savings
The Employee Access portal was a big draw for our small company. We wanted employees to have on demand access to their payroll information. The employee access portal does just that -it gives employees on demand access to payroll information. Employees can on demand access pay stubs, W2s and other pertinent information. The portal saves time and resources by allowing employees to be able to update their information with ease.
RUN Powered by ADP® moves our company into the era of newest technology. The on demand features and the up to date always in compliance features help our business stay in business! The payroll filing and payments all processed electronically ensure that we avoid any penalties or fees. We trust that payroll is accurately processed and that corresponding returns and payments are made.

RUN Powered by ADP® is well suited for smaller businesses keeps business owners on their toes with all the new compliance. RUN Powered by ADP® is perfect for those who want the online experience of a platform that is accessible from anywhere. The area that I struggle with in RUN Powered by ADP® is the reports section. I would like to see that section of RUN Powered by ADP®enhanced and more user friendly. The "reports" lack summary information and some HR reporting tools that would be helpful.
