Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have used their employee handbook wizard before. If you are a new business or do not have an employee handbook this is the way to go. It recommends the legal wording and you can select to include it. I am also using Career plug which is a hiring tool that is your vendor. I am not sure if that is HR.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for our payroll services, occasional compliance issues and timekeeping for the employees. Thankfully I do not have to worry about proper taxes and filings for payroll, thay take care of all that and produce all the reports. Our workers comp is also a little bit complicated and their timekeeping tools have helped us keep accurate records.

- I think the revamping of the reports section is not user friendly, it used to be much easier to find stuff.
- It has helped with employee satisfaction. Once they get the hang of it they rely on the interface to look up their paystubs and change how they get paid.
The employees can designate their pay to go into the bank accounts of their choice and they can change their own tax information like how much withholding they want. They can also review their pay stubs. We have them download the app and that is also where they access the timekeeping
Our employees use the app for timekeeping and to look up their pay records. It is pretty good. I have tried the app before in the past as administrator and at the time I didn't like it. Now it may be better. I think the little clock symbol is a hard way to track time.
Having them produce my quarterlies reports and pay all my payroll taxes on my behalf saves me lots of time. I don't even know how to do these things on my own. The employees seem to get used to the timekeeping, so that saves me time. I also like how our account number shows on the bottom of the window so when I call it is right there.
I used to use Paychex, but RUN Powered by ADP® helped me with my workers comp tracking in a more efficient way and I am saving money with using RUN Powered by ADP® versus competitors. Their customer service used to be more accessible, but then you started offering 24/7 access, it became equal
