Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
So far, we are not yet using the HR features, we don't have that much of employee yet but maybe soon we can try the HR features. We did not yet benefit from these HR capabilities at all, but hopefully soon. The app is user friendly so I guess it is also a user friendly.
I use ADP for payroll for our employees and we run it twice a month since the salary of the employ is semi monthly, so far no problem in using it, the support are nice and always willing to help, they are trying all their best to provide the best support they can give.

The employees can benefit by accessing their pay slip and W2 at the end of the month. The employees doe not need to contact the payroll administrator just for their pay stub. So far the experienced of the employee using the self service is good and no complains or system problem so far.
not using the mobile app
Using RUN Powered by ADP it save time including automatic tax deduction/filing, an easy-to-use payroll interface, like what I have mentioned from my previous answer it is a user friendly and ADP does not charged that much and they provide discount as well which is good and I am very happy with that.
If I switched from a different product, not sure if the customer service, or reliability between the two products will be the same, so far I am happy with ADP payroll since the customer service are nice and good, we can save time since we don't need to wait that long when contacting them.
