Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Used the handbook wizard only to contribute towards my existing handbook. Not much of a benefit though, since we already have HR set up.
We submit weekly payroll, time and attendance, onboarding, workers comp. ADP RUN handles everything, which used to be ran through separate companies, and also is financially aggressive compared to what we were paying for the limited payroll company previously.

We didn't have that previously, so it is a benefit that employees have access to their own forms, can see their time cards, submit for time off, etc. Employees like it and it feels more transparent.
All employees use the mobile app, and they track their time on there as well. They have access to everything, which they like.
Yes. Before time keeping was through one vendor, and payroll through another. Now it's all through ADP, so it's cleaner, easier and faster to run payroll.

I like the ADP platform better, pricing was more aggressive and felt overall more comfortable. ADP sales rep was not pushy or misleading at all.
