Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

we haven't used it yet but its on our list to explore soon
we presently use this to run our payroll system and recently signed up for the hr system

Pros

  • mobile clock in
  • digital time cards
  • time off requests

Cons

  • the mobile log in interface
  • mobile application
  • add an hours confirmation for employees
  • once we were set up it has drastically decreased the amount of time spent on payroll
  • it has a fairly simple user interface through the mobile application
  • when the mobile application works it works great
iin time this will be a great feature. this presently has been kind of a pain as the mobile app seems to be a little unstable
the mobile app is what we have had the most issues with, whether it be the apps stability or ability for drivers to log in over the road
the cps made us switch to RUN

we are a trucking company the mobile clock have been super useful for our truck drivers it has proved to have some issues with inconsistency in its mobile interface though
