Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have only used the help desk feature which usually results in my having to call and speak to a rep.
We do not use RUN Powered by ADP® anymore. We used to but ran into issues with RUN Powered by ADP®'s inability to properly track various PTO policies that differ for p/t hourly staff, f/t hourly staff, salaried staff and executive level staff. We also disliked that certain portions of the site did not feel integrated nor had the same look and feel.

- Integration of time and attendance vs employee records vs payroll, etc.

- saves time on running payroll
- time saving navigation of employee lists
- lack of document storage for onboarding new hires
I have been able to save time but, in my opinion, no more than had I used any other payroll provider to file our taxes.
