Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I’ve used Zip Recruiter to post job listings. While we didn’t successfully hire from the postings, the quality of the candidates was the issue, not the integration. Setting up a job listing was very easy, and I appreciated the integration!
I use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll management for my small business for both employees and subcontractors. I also use it to process and pay garnishments such as child support and debt garnishment. In addition, I use RUN Powered by ADP® to acquire Worker’s Comp insurance for my employees. RUN Powered by ADP® also files and pays my employer taxes and prepares 1099s at the end of the year.

The employee access portal provides my employees with convenient access to their pay stubs, end-of-year tax forms, and a clear view of their remaining paid time off. I appreciate the ease of access this portal offers for them.
I save a lot of time with RUN Powered by ADP®’s automatic tax calculation and filing, and especially with their garnishment services. Before using RUN Powered by ADP®, I had to read the child support regulations for each state, find the appropriate website to create automatic deductions, set up the automatic deduction, and then manually adjust the amount if the check didn’t cover the full deduction. With RUN Powered by ADP®, I can set up the deduction once, and everything else is handled automatically. It’s a fantastic solution!
I switched from Quickbooks Online Payroll to RUN Powered by ADP®. RUN Powered by ADP® provided amazing support for set-up and transferring over information. In addition, their support continues to be fantastic after three years. I can reach out to them any time I have a question and know I will receive prompt and helpful support. This was my primary reason for switching! But since using RUN Powered by ADP® I have come to appreciate the automatic tax filing and garnishment payments. They save me a lot of time! My state passed a paid sick leave law this year. RUN Powered by ADP® kept me informed of how those regulations affected my payroll. They offered personal support to adjust to the new policies.
