Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

None at this time.
We use it for our payroll and 401K which easily fits our needs. We do not have any issues with the payroll, but have had portal access issues with the 401K which has been addressed with our customer service rep.

  • Reminders are helpful for each payroll cycle.
  • access to the 401K portal can be easier.
We still need to use this; the users are not that computer savvy. It would be good to let me know when they access it and what issues they encounter.
