Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

This is one aspect of the program that we are not currently using.
I use RUN Powered by ADP® to process payroll for our employees. So far there have been no issues that could not be resolved with a quick call to support.

Pros

  • User friendly program
  • Reminds us of our tasks
  • Great customer support

Cons

  • While there is always room for improvement, I don't have any issue that comes to mind with RUN Powered by ADP® at this time.
  • RUN Powered by ADP® makes processing payroll an easy task. We do not use many aspects that the program offers but that could change in the future.
Our employees love the portal. They use it regularly to monitor their pay stubs.
Yes, RUN Powered by ADP® is a very easy user-friendly program.
I used RUN Powered by ADP® at a previous employer and I was able to recommend it to my current employer when our previous company closed.

I have used RUN Powered by ADP® in a larger setting. Now I enjoy using RUN Powered by ADP® in our smaller office setting. There are plenty of options the program offers to accommodate large and small agencies.
