RUN Powered by ADP® for the win

We use RUN Powered by ADP® to process our clientele's payrolls with ease. The benefits of RUN Powered by ADP® outshine many other payroll processing companies and the fact that they offer onsite training has been essential with many of our clients. Access to tutorials and ADP Support is also beneficial. Pulling reporting is a simple process and the selections far outnumber those offered by other payroll processing companies.

This feature allows employees to be more responsible for their tax selections and takes us out of the equation when changes need to be made. Employees who take on more responsibility for their selections are more likely to keep track of their filing status and less likely to have trouble at year-end, or at termination of employment. It also reduces the need to re-issue year-end tax documents should the address be incorrect! That's a time-saver, for sure.

I have been surprised a time or two when I received an automatic error flag! However, if it weren't for those flags, errors would have slipped through, and adjustments would have been necessary on the next payroll. Nobody likes to see red flags, but in this case, they are a time-saving feature.

Using the mobile app makes it easier for payroll processors to go on vacation! This might sound silly, but when you have to find a back-up before leaving the office so that client's payrolls are processed on time, the mobile app comes in quite handy. Being able to access it on your mobile device allows both parties to see the same information and confirm any questions the back-up processor may have. It's much easier to access your phone on the beach than it is your laptop!
