We are a real estate firm that does payroll for 20+ accounts, and I run the payroll for all of them. I really enjoy the ease of use of the RUN Powered by ADP® platform and the flexibility to make changes.

Cons
- Vacation or PTO that starts 90 days after employment has no way of entering for the future
- when I get email response from RUN Powered by ADP® for tax notice it doesn't specify name of account and with multiple accounts it is hard to get right
- New employees should have way of pro-rating PTO if hired close to year end
- It is positive as it helps run payroll efficiently
- Employee enjoys having access to their time and pay
