I use it to make payroll easier. I can run payroll and the payment of stipends very easily with this tool.

Cons
- Needs to be more clear when payroll is due around holidays
- Greater efficiency
- Less stress around running payroll
I have not used these features yet.
I have only used this once to check on data and it was helpful because I could see everything I needed to while traveling.
I selected it because it was easy to use, has a trusted brand name, and came with good customer service.
