We use RUN Powered by ADP® run to track an employee's daily time and attendance as well as processing payrolls and check distributions. Using ADP services allows us to more accurately account for an employees time, eliminates the need for physical time clocks as our work sites change frequently. This allows employees to clock in on their mobile devices and to be able to see their weekly hours. Not having to collect timesheets allows the payroll to be processed much faster and efficiently.

Not all employee have been tech savvy and therefore we have not been able to fully utilize the self serve functions. This may be an issue with smaller companies that have aging workforces.

The mobile app does not allow all functions and therefore opening up more functionalities would allow more savings and the ability to do more processes outside of a traditional office settings allowing more time savings.

We use the mobile app for timekeeping and payroll processing as we are often on the go and need the versatility of being able to process payrolls on a weekly basis. Employees clocking in and having the ability of the location function ensure employees are on the job as opposed to clocking in from across town.
