Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We have not used much of the HR features. We already have an employee handbook. We use RUN Powered by ADP® just to setup salary employees and run payroll. Since we do not have time sheets we do not use the system for time off tracking. This is manually entered on payroll sheets.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll. We were forced to change from TotalSource to RUN Powered by ADP® and the differences are noticeable. We have not had the best experience. We needed a product that allows ease in running payroll, applies and handles taxes associated, monitors PTO on a high level, but RUN Powered by ADP® has not proven to be the best product yet.

Employees are not able to see a lot of information they were used to with TotalSource. They are not able to submit PTO for example I cannot put in changes for a later date so I have to wait until the changes need to be made in order to enter it (such as pay increases)
I have not been able to save time. Even allowing ADP to file and setup tax accounts on our behalf has been a pain. I am not able to add new employees without the setup but they will not complete setup until the first payroll. I have had multiple tax notices that are still unresolved.
We do not utilize the mobile app much. Employees have downloaded the app but they do not get a full view of their account so most go online to review anything. They also do not have PTO capabilities so they only use the mobile app if they are not near a computer and need to verify personal data.
We were not able to keep a PEO for business purposes and had to change. Since we were with ADP TotalSource, sales offered RUN Powered by ADP® but we probably would have been better off with a whole different product/brand. RUN Powered by ADP® associates promised ease and smooth transition but a lot of things were not setup correctly.

We have not been able to operate on our own without contacting ADP support. Implementation was not as smooth as promised. We run into a new problem with almost every payroll. Employees are not able to request time off unless we add on time sheets. We do not need a full time tracking system because employees are salary so the added costs did not make sense.
