Overall Satisfaction with Ruum by SAP

Ruum [by SAP] is a project and workflow management tool used for project tracking and collaboration with the clients for the project milestones and tasks in my organization. Each department uses Ruum [by SAP] to assign the managing team for the company's internal projects and client-related projects. Ruum by SAP is used for detailed project planning with milestones and phases aligned with the other project management tools. It can also be shared with clients for collaboration and project tracking. Ruum [by SAP] is also used for internal task tracking and project and workflow management.

[It also] shares the project milestones with the external clients for the particular project status records, [as such], I would like to [recommend] Ruum by SAP as an internal workflow management solution for better productivity and work efficiency.

Ruum [by SAP] is well-suited for the task creation and assignment with the responsible persons for the follow-ups and collaboration, which can be used for both internal or external projects. Ruum [by SAP] can also be used for internal tasks, milestones, project and workflow management and team management functionalities respectively. Ruum [by SAP] may not be well suited for those who want to use the CRM tools for the related marketing activities management in [a] particular situation.
