Overall Satisfaction with RXNT
We use RXNT in our private family practice office. We use the billing and scheduler for managing the flow of patients and billing. We used the e prescribing first, then brought on the full suite.
Pros
- Support and answer questions / problems
- Multiple options for work arounds within the system
- Many ways to do the work, so each staff member can find a work style that fits best for them
Cons
- recalls- we must bring people back for care but they need reminders. Need automated reminders
- less clicks, there are warnings that can not be turned off, resulting in many extra clicks
- Duplication of patients- The added patient from the pharmacy side causes problems.
- We have almost discontinued use of paper charts. Huge improvement.
- Templates save a lot of time.
