Overall Satisfaction with RXNT

I primarily use RXNT to create medical notes and write prescriptions. Used for intake and follow-up. There are no real issues with RXNT at this time. Although not used for billing, the documents section of RXNT is useful, as that is where we upload labs for review. This way, other prescribers can view them as well.

Pros

  • Easily create intake notes
  • Easily create follow up notes
  • Easily upload labs for review

Cons

  • The ads are very annoying and distracting. I would like to see these removed.
  • Sometimes when using the prescribing feature, the list of meds is unscrollable. This is likely a glitch that could be fixed.
  • Same thing after choosing a pharmacy. The preview page of Rx is unscrollable, making it impossible to see all of them. Would like to see this fixed as well.
  • Would like to be able to add more templates under the macros but it is not clear how to do this.
  • Allows for quick and easy creation of notes
  • Allows for quick and easy editing of templates
  • Allows for uploading of labs
I am able to do all of the tasks I need to do in the program. However, it would be nice to have more workflow automation. It would also be nice to be able to bring information from old notes that has not changed to populate new notes.
It is difficult to compare the two as we do not use RXNT for scheduling and billing; this is done using a different application. I do not know why. But as for note creating and editing, my preference is for RXNT, which is more intuitive and flexible for me compared with all the checkboxes of other eUHRs.

Do you think RXNT delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with RXNT's feature set?

Yes

Did RXNT live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of RXNT go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy RXNT again?

Yes

RXNT is well suited to my purposes, which include both intake and follow up notes, as well as uploading labs to the documents section. What is less appropriate, I would even go so far as to say inappropriate, is the constant display of ads at the bottom of the screen. This is highly distracting and is really not ethical.
