Overall Satisfaction with Saba
We use Saba to house the learning activities and performance activities across the entire organization. It addresses the business problems that relate to the training and development of employees, supervisors, and managers. In addition, the performance platform has been configured to address the detailed specifications, ordinances, and requirements of a public organization. We are on the SEC platform.
- SEC does the instructor space very well.
- SEC also allows registration to events in more than one way.
- SEC p erformance is very configurable.
- SEC needs to have some of the functionality of SC adapted to it. For example, reporting/analytics update.
- Security role updates and Impressions updates.
- SEC has a positive impact as far as the original contract.
