Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am an Outsourced CFO and I use Intacct for about a dozen of our customers. It is being used by the accounting departments at our firm.

The financial report writer could be more user friendly
I would like to see warnings if a financials statement doesn't include certain accounts. It doesn't have to be an error just a message saying FYI these accounts aren't included or your balance sheet, doesn't balance because XYZ account was not included.
I would like it if when you want to edit a recurring GL for it not to do all the old entries over again.

Return on Investment

It has definitely improved the companies we work with. Most of our clients had multiple Quickbooks previously. It has saved plenty of time.

Alternatives Considered

It has a lot of options and a lot of potential addins. I like how customizable it is.

It has some great add ons and I like the multi entity set up. Departments are very helpful and though the financial report could be improved, it does give a lot of options
