Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We are using Sage Intacct as the primary and only financial package in our company.
- The ease of reporting through dimensions allows for a concise chart of accounts.
- Intuitive modules. They follow common accounting workflows and is predictable which assists in problem solving and evaluation.
- Information is integrated and starts at a high level and can drill down to the most basic element to track a transaction from the beginning with good audit features.
- Customer refunds is very clunky and doesn't tie the refund to the original transactions. I also do not want to see them set up as a vendor.
- Single click to look at a customer's history - or at least open invoices.
- Incorporate more of the options that the additional plug in products do.
- We can do and understand so much on our own that we don't have to call for help like we did constantly before.
- We can easily customize our document templates in all the areas we need.
- We will be capturing billing accurately and completely.
The dimensional reporting was a main attraction. It's so easy to slice and dice information to find tools that are valuable for your particular business. It seemed more intuitive than most of the other softwares also. Very easy to follow.
