Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is use for our accounting needs. It helps consolidate our financials and it makes creating reports and budgets easier.

Pros

  • It's user friendly
  • It saves attachment for easier access
  • The AP section is very detailed, so that if I open another person's AP I can still understand and follow along

Cons

  • There are times when the attachment has already been attached, but the process hasn't finished
  • Sage Intacct some time has glitches that takes a few days to correct
  • Some of the error messages don't say enough for me understand what I need to re-edit to submit my reports or bills.

Saga Intacct suited us well in creating budgets from our programs in the system.

One thing that is less appropriate is when we are tracking down a transaction, it takes a while to drill down to that one transaction.
