Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used by our accounting department. It has allowed us to move our accounting function to the cloud and work remotely.
  • Cloud-based access for us has greatly reduced the amount of time spent waiting on staff members to get to the office to complete their tasks.
  • Sage Intacct has helped us move to a paperless accounting function.
  • Sage Intacct is a complex system with many capabilities, so the learning curve can be steep. Definitely worth it though once you figure it out.
  • Training options are limited.
  • Sage Intacct has allowed to spend less time on the back-end accounting function.
Sage Intacct is great tool for any size organization that has dedicated accounting staff with time to learn the system.

Evaluating Sage Intacct and Competitors

Yes - We replaced ACS Financial after 20+ years. It was a great program for us but we needed something more robust and cloud-based.

We relied on the feedback of other organizations we work regarding their experience with Sage Intacct.
I would have spent more time understanding the product and features upfront, such as seeing how other organizations are running it, but I would still have made the same decision to use it.
