Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It is being used by the accounting/finance department. It is acting as our EPR software.

Pros

  • Integration/API through other marketplace and etc.
  • User friendly
  • Love the dashboard

Cons

  • Some simple features are missing. For example, in the prepaid and fixed assets modules, currently cannot amortize/depreciate based on the actual service dates or cannot re-apply payment/credits to an invoice without voiding the transaction, missing the 13th gap audit adjustments periods, etc.
  • The support team is not very strong in their skills. It seems like it always keeps rerouting the issues back and forth.
  • Dimensions are so limited with 6 options and employees and customers are kind of useless.
  • It integrates with our internal billing portal very well so it eliminates a lot of manual process for the accounting team.
  • Provides efficient close.
Import templates are nice.
Seems pretty easy for our engineers to integrate.
Sage Intaact is easy to use but features are kind of limited.
