It's good but not good enough
Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is being used by the accounting/finance department. It is acting as our EPR software.
Pros
- Integration/API through other marketplace and etc.
- User friendly
- Love the dashboard
Cons
- Some simple features are missing. For example, in the prepaid and fixed assets modules, currently cannot amortize/depreciate based on the actual service dates or cannot re-apply payment/credits to an invoice without voiding the transaction, missing the 13th gap audit adjustments periods, etc.
- The support team is not very strong in their skills. It seems like it always keeps rerouting the issues back and forth.
- Dimensions are so limited with 6 options and employees and customers are kind of useless.
- It integrates with our internal billing portal very well so it eliminates a lot of manual process for the accounting team.
- Provides efficient close.
